2. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts for online language courses between the provider and consumers or entrepreneurs.
Conflicting terms shall not apply unless expressly agreed in writing.
3. Conclusion of Contract
By submitting the online registration form, the customer makes a binding offer to conclude a contract.
The contract is concluded only upon express acceptance by the provider via confirmation email.
An automatic confirmation of receipt does not constitute acceptance.
4. Services
Courses are conducted live online (e.g., via Zoom).
There is no entitlement to a specific instructor.
Sessions are not recorded.
5. Prices and Payment
Course fees must be paid in advance.
A minimum deposit of 50% is required to reserve a place.
The remaining balance is due before the course begins.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal.
The separate withdrawal policy applies.
7. Early Commencement of Services
If the service begins during the withdrawal period at the customer’s express request,
the right of withdrawal expires upon full performance (§ 356 para. 4 BGB).
If partially performed, a proportionate amount is payable.
8. Cancellation After Withdrawal Period
After expiration of the statutory withdrawal period:
– Up to 7 days before course start: €50 administrative fee
– Less than 7 days before start: 50% of the course fee
– After course start: full course fee
The customer may prove lower damages.
9. Minimum Participants
If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the course may be cancelled.
All payments will be fully refunded.
10. Liability
The provider is fully liable in cases of intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health.
In cases of slight negligence regarding essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damages.
11. Copyright
All course materials are protected by copyright.
Reproduction or distribution without written consent is prohibited.
12. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
For consumers, the statutory place of jurisdiction applies.
14. Final Provisions
If individual provisions of these Terms are invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
